 The Process

Initial Consultation:

We like to meet all of our clients face to face on site. We can then look at the areas of interest together and agree upon a design brief based on the client's requirements, likes and dislikes. At this point we will enquireas to the budget for the project so that the design can be made achievable for the client. This will take an hour and cost £40.

Design Proposal:

Within a week of the intitial consultation we will contact our clients with their preferred contact method in order to talk through the design proposal and the fees of the design. This will then break down the process for our clients so that they know exactly what will be included in their design.

Site Survey:

This is an invaluable aspect of the design process. It enables our designers to take measurements, videos and samples of the sites of interest in order to put together a more accurate presentation.

Concept Plan:

This is the overview of the project based on the clients brief. Plans will be to scale and we will include; hand drawn plans and perspectives to give a thorough visual understanding of how the finished project will look. The garden design plan will show; shapes of the paving, features, planting beds (and the plants within them), trees and lawns. The drawings will be presented to the client and we will discuss the plans and make note of any amendments if required to perfect it for the client. We can also give broad-brush costings at this stage to give you a feel for the budget which can inform design decisions.

Finished Design:

If there are any amendments to be made to the concept plan these will have been made and another consultation will be held with the client to confirm that they are happy with the finished result. This should then finalise the design and dates can be provided for the works to be carried out.
